[pluggo] sorry but (error -5000 access denied)

If you have Pluggo 3+ and Max/MSP 4.5+ licenses, then you should 
definitely be using Pluggo 3.6.1 and Max/MSP 4.6.3, which you can 
download from our web site:

That being said, if you are seeing -5000 error, this usually means there 
is something wrong with permissions on your machine.  First try running 
the Disk Utility application found in:

../Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility

In a lot of cases, this will be all which is necessary and you may now 
install.

If this doesn't seem to do the trick, please email support at 
cycling74.com with your OS, computer model, versions of Max/MSP and 
Pluggo installed, and a step by step breakdown of what exactly you are 
experiencing.
