We do not support installations using the migration assistant, and if using the Cleaner and reinstalling doesn't work, then by and large the problem is beyond the scope of support. We have spent fruitless hours trying to troubleshoot migration assistant installs, my best advice for anyone out there is - don't do it. Not for us, or Protools.
