[radiaL] vst and separated tracks

I'm sorry, but it runs just fine here. What do you mean when you say it doesn't run? You cannot see the plug-ins listed in the pop-up menu? When you load an effect, do you not see any parameters appear in the Effects windows? 

If you load the Generic Effect, open the edit window and choose "Messages" from the upper pop-up menu, are there any error messages?

Without more information about what you mean, it's difficult to know how to assist you.
