[radiaL] Effects window

This problem, which I see occasionally, and also a problem with VSTi control being a little flaky, are known. Both problems can sometimes be made to go away by repeatedly reloading the Pluggo plug. It's great that this contextual menu workaround exists for the presets problem, thanks for reporting that.

The bad news is that these intermittent bugs are in MaxMSP and Pluggo code. I'll snoop around, but at this stage I'm not confident at all that we shall be able to get fixes in for them for the release of radiaL 1.5

Are there any other problems with preset loading in non-Pluggo plugs? Do we need a way to somehow force preset changes?
