Warranty MidiTron is warranteed to be free of factory defects for a period of 90 days. If you find your unit to be defective during the warranty period, Eroktronix will repair or replace it (at our option) for free. After the warranty period, should your unit need repair, Eroktronix will endeavor to provide low-cost repairs.

Money-back guarantee You can try MidiTron risk-free for 15 days. If you find that it doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it to Cycling ’74 for a full refund (minus shipping).

Repairs and returns Before returning a unit to Eroktronix for repair or money back, you must contact Eroktronix at support@eroktronix.com fi rst to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
