You may return the Ms. Pinky records and Ms. Pinky software within 30 days of your original purchase date for any reason for a refund (excluding expenses noted below). If you purchased Ms. Pinky in a bundle with Max/MSP or Jitter, then refer to software returns for details on returning Max/MSP or Jitter.

If the unit is defective and you would like a replacement, shipping time for the replacement will depend on the current stock availability. We may need to order a replacement from the manufacturer.

You must insure all returned items, in case the item is damaged during shipping. UPS, Fedex, and US Mail offer insurance.

Cycling '74 is not liable for any expenses incurred during the original purchase and return processes. Expenses may include but are not limited to shipping, duties or taxes, and bank fees.
