How do I get radiaL?

Visit your favorite local retailer and ask if they will be selling radiaL, if they don't already carry it. Click here for a list of worldwide distributors. radiaL can also be purchased directly from Cycling '74. Click here for the online order form.

I moved radiaL from my laptop to my desktop computer and now it's asking me for an authorization code. What happened?

radiaL is authorized with a Challenge/Response system, and the authorization is hard drive-specific. If you put it on a new computer, you need a new authorization.

What if I'm performing over the weekend and something happens to my authorization?

We offer a second kind of demo for people in a bind. When you purchase the product, we will give you details about the fully functional "emergency demo." If you need these details again, please contact the authorization department.
