Troubleshooting radiaL

I think that there's something that doesn't work. Is it just me?

We'll bet you've heard this before, but it bears repeating:

The best thing to do when you encounter something you don't expect is to check the radiaL manual to verify your expectations. Make sure you have the most recent version of the software by visiting the radiaL download page.

Please provide some background information:

• What kind of computer are you using?
• What's the current OS version?
• How much memory is installed on your computer?
• How much memory are you using for radiaL?
• What kind of external audio or MIDI controller hardware hardware or interfaces are you using with radiaL?
• If you can, please describe the specific sequence of activities that led to your noticing the problem -- it's really helpful if we can duplicate what you did as exactly as possible.
