   Hello all..
   We have go!usb motion sensor
   http://www.vernier.com/go/gomotion.html
   we are pretty new on this.. is there anyone who could tell us how to connect this to max/msp and get some sort of a data.. we dont know where to start...

   Thanks for the help..

   We tried using the hi.help file under max/msp. The usb device (Go! motion) does not come up on the device list. It seem that it is not detecting this device.
   Is there a different patch or something else that we could try.
   This is not a serial interface, it is a usb device and we could see it in the device manager and works with the software it came with..

   any suggestions would be appreciated

   [serial] is the max-object to deal with USB sensor stuff and serial.help
   the right point to start
